The Warwick Fiji

The staff were amazing - always so friendly and wanting to help. The grounds of the resort were so beautiful - the soft grass, sparkling water, lots of sun beds in different areas. The relaxed and fun vibe of the hotel was great - always activities and live music each day and night. They went to extra effort to celebrate my husband’s birthday by decorating our room and singing happy birthday at dinner.

Great location, friendly staff and good variety of restaurants. Beautiful resort. Plenty of activities to do during the day to keep you busy or you can just relax and do nothing.

The service, staff, room, spacious across the resort, comfortable bed. Felt safe and comfortable at the resort. The staff and service was very friendly. Good to have the food inclusive and club lounge access included. Recommend doing inclusive.

The staff are the heart of the resort. No matter how many times we left and came back, we were consistently greeted with a warm reception and departure. In passing staff were professional and freindly, always greeting us and checking if we were ok or needed something. It made being there feel so homely. Rosa & the entire staff that were there during our stay were absolutely exceptional! I informed the resort this trip was for my husband's birthday and they not only upgraded our room but also decorated it wiyh a plate of fruit and a cold bottle of fiji! From breakfast buffet to the icecream ladies, the wicked restaurant staff - I can't fault anyone. When I say they lifted my expectations with customer service, they punched it through the roof. When we left to go to another well known hotel - we quickly thought back on the service we received and missed being here. Every other customer service we received from the hotels we stayed at following - paled in comparison. My husband and I wish the best for the Warwick & hope that whatever they are doing to keep staff presenting so consistently positively towards guests, remains the same or increases. You all deserve pay rises - I can overlook a lot of things with such positive energy given to us in a daoly by the staff. We can't wait to return soon!
